Coaching is a beautiful opportunity to make a difference in a young person's life. You can challenge them, motivate them, and be the one person who always believes in them!

Our Flag Football classes and leagues run seasonally throughout the year. We are looking for a motivated person to make connections with parents, create memorable moments with our participants, and cultivate an environment that inspires more young people to pick up a stick and play!

Start Date: January 6 (winter 2 session runs Monday nights, 6-7pm, 1/6 - 2/24)

Application Window Closes: December 31

Job Duties:

• Instruct classes with children ages 6 - 12 at various skill levels (mostly beginners)
• Implement our curriculum to cover skills, rules, strategies, and physical conditioning necessary for successful play - yes, you can add your own flair to the classes!
• Maintain a dedicated attendance record or find coverage if unable to coach
• Set-up/clean-up for classes and maintain an organized equipment closet

Qualifications

• 2+ years of coaching experience (any level)
• College playing experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass a background check and child abuse clearances
