Parts Wholesaler. Parts Wholesalers are responsible for selling automotive parts to automotive repair and collision shops (or dealerships), by managing inventory, sourcing parts from manufacturers, processing customer orders, and ensuring timely delivery. We require strong customer service skills, knowledge of automotive parts and the industry as a whole, and a desire to grow. Customer Relationships: Wholesalers will be expected to build and maintain relationships with customers and work to proactively generate new business. Part Knowledge: Wholesalers are expected to accurately identify parts based on customer requests, VIN information, and source them from vendors and manufacturers. Order Management: Orders are processed through phone calls, and various online platforms (OPS, OEC, CCC1). Price Quoting: Wholesalers are expected to actively earn new business by providing quotes to customers using the following factors: correct part numbers, competitive pricing, part promotions, and ETA information. This is a fast-paced sales environment, and the ability to adapt and learn new strategies/processes is highly important to our growing sales team.
