As a CNA or HHA, you'll work closely with our skilled nursing team, contributing to a safe, comfortable space that truly enhances the lives of those in your care. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personal care, including bathing, grooming, nail and oral care, and skin hygiene.
• Support mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
• Monitor vital signs and patient conditions, promptly reporting any changes.
• Assist with tasks like blood glucose monitoring, documenting intake/output, and specimen collection.
• Provide non-medicated enemas and non-sterile wound care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols, including PPE and hand hygiene.
• Transport patients and equipment within the facility as necessary.

• Current CNA or HHA certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance (if applicable)
• CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Prior caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
