A Premier boutique firm located in San Antonio, TX is seeking a 5-15 year Transactional Commercial Real Estate Attorney.

The ideal candidate desires to work in a collaborative team centric office.

Transactional Commercial Real Estate Attorney

* 6-10 years of experience
* Previous M&A experience is preferred
* Licensed to practice in law in TX
* Mergers of churches, sell offs of church properties, property tax issues for churches, by laws, entity formation
