As of 1/1/24 all new and returning agency staff must have de-escalation training as part of their onboarding and clearance. Facility As of 1/1/2024 - ALL new AND returning agency staff must have completed training from one of following groups for onboarding and clearance. AVADE accepted.

This is a 15 bed PACU . 80% of our patients are outpatients. We recover all surgeries and endoscopies.
We do not care for floor overflow patients in the PACU. We staff the PACU 730a-8p. 8p-730am is staffed with 2 on call nurses.

Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

Traveler must be willing to work TWO of the following:

Thanksgiving and weekend after
Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and weekend after
New Year Eve/New Year Day and weekend after

Non-Billable Orientation: 0
Multipliers (OT, Holiday, Call-Back): 1.25%
Call: 4.00

• Minimum 2 years current PACU experience - Required
• Arterial Line experience - Required
• Epic EMR experience Required
• Travel experience Highly preferred
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• ACLS
• PALS
• BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• New Hampshire

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : NH or Compact must be in-hand at upload
Weekend Requirements : TBD/Holidays required if needed
On Call Requirements : Intermittent call 2 Fridays, 1 weekend in 13 week contract
