We’re not looking for just anyone—we want future leaders. Our door-to-door sales representatives work directly with homeowners, helping them freeze their electricity bills and save big. And here’s the kicker: We’ll train you from the ground up.
The Role:
In this role, you’ll dive deep into our 3 P’s—Price, Product, and Promotions. You’ll learn our business inside and out, mastering the basics and setting yourself up for unlimited growth. Everyone in management? They all started here. We promote from within because we believe in growing leaders, not followers.

Requirements:
- Valid drivers license.
-Reliable transportation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively (fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required).
- Ability to break down complex technical concepts into relatable terms.
- A self-starter with a high energy level and a drive to achieve targets.
- A collaborative spirit that thrives in a team environment.

- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, making it easy for them to say "yes."
- Lead clients through the decision-making process like a pro.
