Play an essential role in supporting staff and ensuring smooth operations at the National Western Stock Show!
PLEASE NOTE: This is a seasonal position for the month of January 2025, with some positions starting in late December. Individuals in this role will be required to work every day January 5th-January 26th, up to 12 hours per day. Additional work may be available the week following Stock Show, January 27th-January 31st.

Overview
As a Parking Office Attendant, you will oversee the check-in and check-out processes for Parking Staff, helping to keep our team organized, equipped, and ready for success. Your primary responsibilities include checking in staff at the start of each shift – ensuring they are clocked in, distributing safety vests, radios, and light wands, and providing daily assignments. You’ll also manage transport coordination for staff assigned to distant lots and monitor any call-outs.
The ideal candidate for this position is an organized, detail-oriented individual who excels in team coordination and support roles. Calm under pressure, you manage equipment, assignments, and attendance efficiently, helping ensure smooth operations across our parking lots. Friendly, approachable, and reliable, you’re committed to making each shift start and end seamlessly for all team members.

Working Conditions
National Western Complex is a multi-purpose indoor and outdoor commercial and agricultural complex where dusty conditions and animals may exist. While performing the duties of this job, work is performed both indoors and outside in all weather conditions, including extreme cold, snow, wind, and rain, on varied surfaces. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with large crowds.
