Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on experience to support a major project in the agriculture and heavy equipment manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP MDG and a solid understanding of SAP ERP modules. This role requires strong analytical and technical skills to drive effective data governance, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP MDG solutions.
• Design, customize, and optimize data governance processes to enhance data quality and ensure consistent master data across SAP ERP modules.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define data governance policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP MDG modules and integration with other SAP components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data management issues, troubleshoot system configurations, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct end-user training and support change management efforts to facilitate system adoption.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience with a strong focus on SAP MDG.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP ERP modules and data management principles.
• Proven experience in data governance, data quality management, and master data maintenance.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP MDG certification.
• Previous experience in large-scale SAP implementations.
• Familiarity with data migration and integration tools within SAP.
