Job Description:

I’m seeking a Remote Universal Parks Planner to help craft epic adventures at Universal Studios locations. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic travel planner who loves all things Universal and wants the flexibility to work from anywhere. As our Universal Parks Planner, you’ll assist clients in planning thrilling experiences, handling everything from park tickets to dining and accommodations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their vacation preferences and provide expert recommendations on Universal parks, resorts, ticket packages, and experiences.
  
• Plan and book Universal vacation packages, including park tickets, hotel accommodations, dining reservations, and special experiences.
  
• Stay updated on the latest Universal offerings, special events, and promotions to deliver valuable insider knowledge to clients.
  
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, including help with last-minute changes, to ensure a stress-free experience.
  
• Build relationships with clients to understand and anticipate their needs, creating a loyal customer base.
  

Qualifications:

• Passionate about Universal Parks & Resorts with in-depth knowledge of their parks, rides, events, and lodging.
  
• Previous experience as a travel agent or Universal specialist preferred.
  
• Exceptional communication skills and customer service orientation.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule in a remote setting.
  
• Comfortable with online booking systems and tech-savvy for managing bookings and client communications.
