Job Description:

As a Remote Cruise Planner, you will work directly with clients to help plan, customize, and book unforgettable cruise vacations. This role involves understanding client preferences, researching cruise options, managing bookings, and ensuring clients receive top-tier customer service from inquiry through to post-trip follow-up.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budget, and needs
  
• Research and recommend cruise lines, itineraries, and packages tailored to each client
  
• Arrange reservations, accommodations, excursions, and onboard experiences
  
• Stay updated on cruise line promotions, policies, and travel restrictions
  
• Provide clear, detailed information and support to clients throughout their journey
  
• Handle administrative tasks, including payment processing, itinerary management, and post-cruise follow-up
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in travel planning or the cruise industry preferred
  
• Strong knowledge of popular cruise lines and destinations
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  
• Proficiency in travel booking software or willingness to learn
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines
