Job Description:

The Junior Product Manager will assist in the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring products meet stakeholder needs and align with business goals. You will collaborate with the senior technical product manager, cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive product development and enhancement. Responsibilities include leading transformation initiatives, capturing business requirements, leading scrum calls, and ensuring proper testing. Your experience with content management systems, orchestration tools and other marketing technologies will be key to driving our digital transformation efforts.

This is a fast-paced, nimble area of the business with both strategic and tactical support components that require pre-existing knowledge of Marketing Technology solutions, as well as extensive experience in leading enterprise level portfolios and programs within multi-channel marketing activation environments and large first party audiences utilizing lean, agile, and waterfall delivery methodologies.

Key Role and Responsibilities:

Drive complex work streams within our 1:1 Fan Engagement MarTech initiative.

Gathering, evaluating, and writing business and user requirements

Building, maintaining, and configuring properly defined and detailed epics & user stories that follow product strategy using agile methodology.

Maintaining our product's backlog and releases plan

Managing project/product scope, schedule, dependencies, communication, and stakeholders

Assist in coordinating product launches and go-to-market strategies.

Create journey mapping

Ensuring that the team is on the right track at all times

The First experience in an independent IT product management position

Ability to decompose a high-level concept into business requirements and concrete product backlog

Strong project management skills (experience with Agile methodology would be a plus)

Great interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated by the ability to communicate project progress and results in a clear and interesting way

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Martech Product Manager or similar role in in product management

Ability to decompose a high-level concept into business requirements and concrete product backlog

Ability to work effectively with both technical, business, and third party vendor teams,

Experience in MarTech tools like Salesforce, AEM sites, Digital Asset Management, and other CRM and marketing tools including data management and integrations.

Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies is a plus. Experience in Adobe Experience Platform application is also a plus.

UI/UX design knowledge, writing BRD's skill is a must

Technical background with knowledge of data and enterprise data development and solutions is a plus

Strong organizational skills in all stages of the software development life cycle.

Excellent communication and collaborative problem-solving skills

Proficiency in using product management and project management tools (Jira, LucidChart, Confluence, DevOps, Smartsheet, Workfront, etc.) preferred

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 1-2 years of AEM hands on product knowledge is preferred.

Hands-on experience with AEM Sites, AEM Forms, and AEM DAM.

Experience in any other MarTech tools like AEP, AJO, Jebbit, Digioh, etc is also a plus.

Experience in the sports and entertainment industry is a plus.
