A leading warehouse looking for 1 st Shift Pick Pack Workers in Brunswick, Ohio.
Monday –Thursday 7:30am – 4:30 pm
Friday 7:30am - 2:00pm
$16.50 Per Hour
Key Responsibilities:
Picking and Packing: Accurate item identification, pull/pack counts, and productivity.
Rf Scanner
Fulfillment Operations: Including pull/pack/ship, repackaging, and assembly of various products (shelf-stable, frozen, and refrigerated).
Job Requirements
Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment
High School Diploma or equivalent
Computer Skills MS Office, typing, navigation, Basic Math skills
Able to lift Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to operate heavy equipment Forklift, Tow Motor, Pallet Jacks
3 years of experience working in fast-paced fulfillment operations warehousing, logistics or distribution
Benefits Once Hired Permanently
Paid Time Off (PTO):
2 weeks for the first 2 years
3 weeks after 2 years
4 weeks after 7 years
5 weeks after 12 years
Overtime Pay: Time and a half after 40 hours of worked time (Monday to Sunday), upon manager's approval.
Paid Holidays: 9 holidays.
Bereavement Leave: Up to 3 days for immediate family members.
Jury Duty: One week paid.
Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance: Available after 30 days on payroll; dependent coverage costs borne by employee.
Supplemental Insurance: Offered through Guard.
