Job Description

Job Summary: Tri-FLEXSI Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Houston, TX. As a Contractor Healthcare / Medical professional, you will work in a remote setting to provide high-quality physical therapy services to our diverse patient population. This is a fast-paced and dynamic position that offers the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our patients. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' conditions and goals
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to provide quality physical therapy services
  • Monitor and document patients' progress throughout the course of treatment
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for patients
  • Educate patients and their families on techniques for injury prevention and self-care
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and advancements in physical therapy
Requirements:
  • Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or home health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
  • Strong clinical evaluation and treatment skills
  • Proficient in computer and electronic medical record documentation
  • Must have access to a reliable computer and internet connection for remote work
  • Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a plus
