Overview:
Align Social Impact is seeking a junior or senior undergraduate or graduate student fellow to join the team for the Fall school semester of 2024, beginning in September 2024 and ending in December 2024, as our Philanthropy, Partnerships & Programming Fellow. The ideal candidate must have strong communication, research and writing skills and a background in campaigns, policy and social impact. Our Spring, Fall and Winter Fellowship programs are designed to mentor and support creative, enthusiastic individuals from diverse backgrounds with a passion for social impact strategy, campaigns, partnerships, communications, and implementation to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, highly collaborative work environment.
We are looking for energetic, highly motivated individuals who want to become best-in-class social impact practitioners with relevant work or academic experience in the nonprofit, advocacy, policy, philanthropy, campaigns or partnerships space. Applicants should be currently pursuing a degree in a social impact-related field and be eligible for an Internship/Fellowship. As a fellow, individuals will work on a range of client projects across disciplines and industries, and daily responsibilities may vary based on client and organizational needs.
The Fall Fellowship is 14 weeks, from September to December each year. This is a paid opportunity; candidates must be able to commit to 16 hours per week. The hybrid internship (80% remote, 20% in person) will take place in New York City. Therefore, the selected Fellow must reside within the state of New York.
