What we are looking for
We are looking for a Payor Credentialing Specialist to join the Revenue Cycle team. As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our credentialing processes, driving strategic outcomes for our business and partners. You’ll report directly to the Chief Revenue Cycle Officer and work cross-functionally to develop critical business processes that deliver great solutions to our client partners.
As a key member of the Revenue Cycle team, your impact will not stop there. Your insights and feedback will help us improve how we support the organization as well as our partners. As you deepen your understanding of our business and internal processes, your scope of responsibilities will grow, allowing you to have a long-lasting impact on our business.

Your responsibilities
  • Compiles and maintains current and accurate data for all providers 
  • Completes provider credentialing, recredentialing applications; revalidations; monitors applications and follows-up as needed.  
  • Maintains copies of current state licenses, DEA certificates, malpractice coverage and any other required credentialing documents for all providers.  
  • Maintains corporate provider contract files.  
  • Maintains knowledge of current health plan and agency requirements for credentialing providers.  
  • Sets up and maintains provider information in online credentialing databases and system.  
  • Tracks license and certification expirations for all providers to ensure timely renewals.  
  • Ensures practice addresses are current with health plans, agencies and other entities.  
  • Continue to expand and learn additional tasks related to credentialing as needs grow within Collaborative Imaging

You have
  • 2+ years of relevant credentialing experience 
  • Working experience in CAQH, PECOS, Availity, Verity, etc 
  • Willingness to learn and build a process around onboarding new clients for payer claim enrollment and EFT enrollments
