Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

This company is a liquid storage facility containing over 500,000 barrels of storage capacity with 125 above-ground storage tanks. They have an impeccable reputation for providing safe, reliable, and cost-effective storage services.

Starting Pay: $16

Shift(s): 1 st  

Requirements & Skills:

• Must have High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
• Must have a valid driver’s license 
• Basic hearing abilities and vision required to communicate
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and sit/stand for long periods of time

Primary Duties Include:

• Adhere to and follow operating and safety procedures
• Perform proper visual inspections of drums, tote, pails prior to loading according to procedure, verifying they are clean, dry, odor free; and vessel integrity is safe for loading
• Load and unload product from storage tanks, tank cars, tank wagons and ISO containers to storage for shipping, receiving and storing of customer products by hooking up hoses, filers as required, nitrogen or air service as required
• Packing drums, totes and pails
• Manually unload empty 55-gallon drums from trailers and placing onto the pallets to put away into storage 
• Manually stretch wrap filled customer material to pallets.
• Execute product transfer from storage tanks, tank cars, tank wagons, and ISO containers to blend tanks
• Following ISO standards
• Pull product samples from tank cars, wagons and ISO containers
• Operate sit-down propane forklift
• Package customer material from tank wagon or railcars via dedicated hose and nozzle into totes, pails, and drums
• Other duties as assigned.
