Job Description

Operations Manager plays a vital role in the success of the business. You will need the flexibility to manage daily operations to ensure the business runs smoothly and effectively. • Payroll Experience of 2 years minimum, Management experience of 3 years minimum and excellent Customer Service skills. Preferred related Degree. 
• Ability to learn all positions and fill in as needed. Cashiering, Dispatching and Driving. Must work weekends.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret policies, documents and state and federal regulations.
• Ability to prepare and submit accurate reports as needed.
• Ability to give performance reviews and give corrective actions.
• Ability to remain calm and resolve conflict.
• Ability to work quickly and effectively individually and as a team at a desk but mostly on feet, inside & outside during all weather conditions.

Our facility is located at 81st Ave and Tower Rd and sits on 64 acres with over 7,800 spaces. We provide parking and shuttle service to DIA 24/7/365.
