Join our Team as an On-Call Nanny!

Have you worked as a babysitter, daycare worker, nanny, or church nursery volunteer? Are you a retired teacher or teaching professional who is seeking a small environment rather than a classroom? If so, we welcome you to our on-call team! Full-time positions are now available in the Redwood City area!

• Care for children at home, but you will not be required to transport children.
• No household duties other than common sense clean-up of your activities or meals with the child.
• Support families who need care for children ranging from newborns through toddlers. You must be comfortable working with newborns and infants.
• Engage children by providing safety and leading hands-on activities based on your observations of the children’s age-appropriate development.

We provide:

• Pay: $23 to $26.50 per hour DOE
• Receive paid training and a nanny kit filled with age-appropriate activities and games that you will bring to childcare assignments.
• Enjoy opportunities to advance in the childcare field and have the first chance to be placed with families seeking one consistent nanny
• Paid sick time for both part-time and full-time schedules.

• Legal employment on a W-2, including unemployment insurance and the ability to build your resume.

About you:

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience working with children, paid or unpaid, infant experience mandatory.
• Reliable transportation.
• Your willingness and ability to travel to various homes throughout the area.
• You are available to work 3-5 days per week between 7:00am and 7:00pm. 
• Commitment to be communicative and responsive to the staffing supervisor and a bright smile to greet each family!
