Job Description

About the Position:

The Office Manager will oversee office administration to ensure efficiency and safety. Responsibilities include developing communication protocols, managing inventory, and reporting to the Head of HR/IT. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with some flexibility.

 

Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Manage Front Desk emails and general voicemail.
  • Plan and manage events, including organizing and catering.
  • Perform clerical duties (filing, organizing, etc.)
  • Maintain office efficiency through system implementation and equipment procurement.
  • Prepare and manage the annual budget.
  • Oversee Kantech EntraPass Security Badge System.
  • Manage company cellphone system, MDM, and Verizon (billing, inventory, deployment).
  • Address IT issues (security cameras, gates, etc.) and collaborate with IT partner.
  • Manage KnowBe4 IT safety program.
  • Order and deploy computer peripherals for new team members.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and documentation (e.g., I-9, W-4) is a plus. & Recruiting.

     

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Positive attitude and attention to detail.
