We are seeking an experienced 3rd SHIFT Injection Molding Process Technician to join our team. The Injection Molding Process Technician will be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic components. As an Injection Molding Process Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
1. Set up and operate injection molding machines according to production schedules.
2. Monitor the injection molding process and make adjustments as needed to ensure product quality.
3. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
4. Perform mold changes and tooling adjustments as required.
5. Conduct regular maintenance on injection molding machines to keep them in optimal working condition.
6. Train and mentor junior technicians on injection molding processes and best practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in injection molding.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
