Position Overview:
The Meat Processing Equipment Sales Executive will be responsible for building and scaling equipment sales to the Meat Processing Industry, leveraging the credibility already established with some of the largest players (Cargill, Tyson etc..). This is a sales hunter role, and the sales executive will be tasked with mapping out the meat processing market, identifying key targets, building a robust sales pipeline, and closing deals. This work will entail hunting leads, cold calling, conducting equipment demonstrations, and will require tenacity, creativity, and GRIT.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• A hunter closer with a proven track record of consistent sales success.
• Highly motivated and proactive self-starter with guerrilla sales and marketing DNA.
• Fearless caller and skilled phone communicator with external and internal stakeholders.
• 3-5 years of successful experience selling equipment B2B.
• Enjoys rolling up their sleeves, getting their hands dirty, and demoing equipment to key stakeholders.
• Experienced with CRM technology to track and manage sales pipeline activity.
• Technically savvy with a curiosity to learn how the equipment works.
• Collaborative team player and people person.
• Preferably located in the Midwest with 40% travel (remote with access to major airport hubs).
• Ability to travel to New Zealand for sales and training purposes as needed.
• University or technical degree.
