This permanent position offers $30–$40/hour, based on experience. The ideal candidate will excel in digital marketing and content creation, overseeing social media, email campaigns, promotional efforts, and website updates while ensuring brand alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.

• Manage posting schedules on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok; engage with online communities.

• Create and edit high-quality multimedia content, including Reels, TikTok videos, and graphics.

• Execute email and SMS marketing campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize results.

• Plan and manage promotional activities, including sales and product launches.

• Maintain website content and oversee e-commerce operations for a seamless customer experience.

• Build partnerships with influencers and industry leaders, staying updated on marketing trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media marketing, content creation, and brand management.

• Proficiency with platforms like Shopify and Mailchimp; strong analytical skills.

• Creative thinker with excellent organizational and communication abilities.

• Background in beauty, wellness, or retail industries is a plus.
