Job Overview:
As a Live Chat Agent at Eagan Insurance, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance through our online platform. You will provide real-time support by answering questions, resolving concerns, and guiding clients through our services and products. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate and timely information about our insurance services and products.
• Assist clients with navigating the website, submitting claims, obtaining quotes, and completing other insurance-related processes.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring that follow-up actions are taken as required.
• Stay up-to-date with company policies, insurance offerings, and procedures to provide the most accurate and relevant information to clients.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Continuously strive to improve response times and customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a live chat or call center setting, is preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance products and terminology is an advantage.
• Excellent written communication skills, with attention to grammar, spelling, and clarity.
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously, and prioritize customer needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
