We are partnered with a thriving private practice seeking a LCSW or LPC to join our team, providing evidence-based therapy to improve mental well-being in our community.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
* Offer evidence-based therapy modalities for various mental health issues.
* Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive client care.
* Provide crisis intervention and ensure client safety.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation in electronic health records.

Requirements:

* Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
* Current LCSW or LPC licensure in the state.
