We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Illustrator with a background in UI/UX design. The ideal candidate will work closely with our UI/UX team to create compelling visual elements that enhance our engagement tools and gaming experiences. This role requires collaboration with animators to produce captivating visuals, as well as the ability to work independently on seasonal themes, customer-branded front ends, mini game concepts, and innovative new ideas.
Creative Collaboration:
• Work closely with the UI/UX team to develop creative elements based on briefs.
• Collaborate with animators to create engaging and visually stunning animations.
• Partner with the marketing team to develop templates and visuals for promotional purposes.
• Concept Development:
• Develop storyboards, sketches, and prototypes to explore various artistic directions.
• Suggest themes and visual elements to deliver AAA-level polished front ends for our engagement tools.
Design Execution:
• Create seasonal themes for gamification tools.
• Design customer-branded front ends, mini game concepts, and innovative visual elements.
• Ensure all creative output meets high-quality standards and aligns with the company’s brand.
Tool Proficiency:
• Utilize tools such as Photoshop (must) and Illustrator (must) for design work.
• Optionally use UX tools such as Figma or Adobe XD for collaborative design processes.
• Knowledge of generative artwork is a plus in the evolving landscape of AI-driven development.
Experience and Skills:
• Proven experience as an Illustrator, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Experience in UI/UX design is highly desirable.
• Ability to create high-quality visual content and work within brand guidelines.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography.
Technical Proficiency:
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with UX tools such as Figma or Adobe XD is a plus.
• Knowledge of generative artwork and AI-driven design tools is a nice to have.
Personal Attributes:
• Highly creative with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong storytelling ability and conceptual thinking.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
