YOUR NEW ROLE
This is a full-time remote human resources position, Monday to Friday , with standard business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM .
As our remote HR Manager, you'll oversee the staffing process, from recruitment to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. Collaborating with management, you'll align goals with business strategies, ensuring cohesion and effectiveness. You'll also handle employee issues and conflicts with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
