Our in-house developed XTcloud provides an integrated user interface platform for visualizing real time data and offers data analytics to provide a complete SaaS solution for supply chain management and optimization.
Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile full stack software developer to join our energetic technical team based in Ann Arbor, MI. You will develop solutions to scale and expand the XTcloud server and website to meet the scope and feature needs of our growing customer base. You will be part of a small and focused team that pushes the limits of existing technologies in a fast-paced startup environment where creativity, versatility, teamwork, and persistence are required. Because we operate with a startup mindset, we will be reliant on your technical skill, as well as your passion and ownership over all aspects of your work.
List of Duties: - Collaborate with a small software team to write flexible, scalable Django server code that can adapt to our evolving hardware technologies and software feature needs
- Leverage REST best practices and OpenAPI to create multipurpose REST APIs to be utilized by the website, the mobile app, and our customers simultaneously
- Build new features and server interactions into the XTcloud website using React and Material UI, including data visualization, flexible data aggregation, and administration tools
- Perform thorough testing on all new code features through both manual testing and adding to our suite of automated unit tests
- Troubleshoot and fix customer issues as they arise, minimizing turnaround time and data losses
- Work in an agile, fast passed environment to deliver the best possible experience on multiple platforms
About You: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area, or relevant work experience
- 3+ years of industry experience
- Experience with Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Experience with at least one database interface framework (Django, Flask, Spring Boot, etc). Django preferred
- Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, etc). React preferred
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, VMware, Azure, GCP, etc). AWS preferred
- Knowledge of Git and collaborative version control
