THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE A COMMUTE TO THE NEWBERG OREGON CLINIC.

Salary: 125,000-175,000 per year

We are looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner to join our functional medicine family.

We are an integrative medical clinic that offers patients more treatment options by utilizing conventional and alternative treatments. We specialize in hormone balance in men and women using bioidentical hormones, primary care, nutrition, weight loss, IV therapy, PRF, and women’s health. An ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years primary care or urgent care experience and an understanding of functional medicine concepts. We do not require functional medicine certification. We will help mentor and train the rest! 

This position requires in-person, in-clinic interaction with patients on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

• Hold and maintain an active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license for the duration of your employment
• Hold an active AANP or ANCC certification and remain certified during the duration of your employment
• Graduated from an accredited university

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses
• Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
• Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
