Job Title: Expression of Interest - Bilingual Recruiters, Sourcers, and Recruiting Coordinators (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiters:
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
    • Utilize social media, major job boards, and other platforms to identify and attract top talent.
    • Utilize analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and improve processes.
    • Stay abreast of trends and developments in recruitment practices and technologies.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Sourcers:
    • Proactively source and identify candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking.
    • Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications for specific roles.
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
    • Partner with recruiters to support the recruitment process.
    • Utilize analytical skills to assess sourcing strategies and adjust as needed.
    • Stay informed on the latest sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Recruiting Coordinators:
    • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
    • Assist in the preparation and posting of job openings across multiple platforms.
    • Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
    • Support recruiters with administrative tasks and candidate follow-ups.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
    • Stay updated on recruitment technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting coordination.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese.
  • Experience with social media recruiting, major job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and improve processes.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to staying abreast of trends and developments in recruitment practices and technologies.
