At Concord Dental Group, we are committed to providing top-notch dental care in a warm and welcoming environment. Our team is dedicated to excellence in patient care, and we are looking for a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our front office team.

The Dental Receptionist is the first point of contact for our patients. You will play a key role in managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the dental office, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the office
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Verify patient information and update dental records
• Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and insurance verification
• Coordinate with dental team to ensure patient flow and schedule efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
• Assist with administrative tasks such as date entry and managing correspondence

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a receptionist or a similar role
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with Eaglesoft software is a plus
• Friendly, patient-focused attitude and professional appearance

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Dental terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Saint Louis, MO 63127: Relocate before starting work (Required)
