This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you'll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain at T-Mobile offers a fast-paced and team-focused environment that will grow your Finance and leadership skills as you help craft the success of the Un-carrier. You will work across the different functions at T-Mobile and make a difference in how we do business. The intern will have the opportunity to work with our AI and Machine Learning Center of Excellence to help design and build innovative AI solutions for our Finance organization. What you will do

• Work within our toolset to clean, ingest, prepare, index, chunk data in preparation for it to be used in AI applications.
• Partner with our SME’s to design a meaningful project to improve our machine learning operations stance.
• Work on developing RAG pipelines. (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
• Work with internal customers to understand the needs and operational model of the business.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning or other Technology related Major.
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite Skills.
• Outstanding data analysis, organizational, and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, work ethic, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
• Be able to read and write Python and have familiarity with PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph, autogen modules.
• The ability to understand and write SQL.
• Strong Understanding of Statistics.
• Familiarity with using GIT.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of Machine Learning is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and a drive to explore.

Other Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year
• Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for internships

Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Relocation may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on experience/location.
