Your responsibilities will include:

  2. Issue Resolution: Resolving client concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
  3. Booking Assistance: Assisting clients with booking flights, accommodations, tours, and activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to sustainability criteria.
  4. Travel Support: Providing guidance and support to clients throughout their travel experience, including offering recommendations, coordinating logistics, and addressing any emergencies or disruptions.
