Job Description

* This is a Pop-Up opportunity with the goal of future long-term employment*
* TFG is looking for an Executive Chef to join our new opening restaurant in New York City*
We're looking for a Chef, well versed in American, Italian, and Spanish cuisine, who while following a basic outline of instructions set by ownership, can create wonderful and memorable dishes. The success of these Pop-Up opportunities can lead to full-time employment alongside a very small team, and very competitve salary ($100,000-150,000 per year)
Responsibilities:
Work with ownership to plan, and design our September Pop-up menu
Enhance, refine, and update our culinary programming to create our standing as an industry leader.
Set the standard for all recipes, products, food preparations, and food execution and hold the team accountable to meeting the restaurant's specifications and commitment to culinary excellence and food safety
Must have worked in top dining restaurants that featured American, French, Italian, Spanish, and Mediterranean cuisines.
