Village Caregiving - Eau Claire is seeking a compassionate and reliable PRN In Home Caregiver to join our team in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. This is a Part Time, hourly position in the healthcare/medical field, providing one-on-one care to clients in their homes. The caregiver will play a crucial role in promoting the well-being and independence of our clients through personalized care and support. This is an individual contributor role with a competitive hourly rate of $15 to $20 per hour, paid semimonthly. Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one care and assistance to clients in their homes, promoting their well-being and independence
• Assist with daily activities such as personal grooming, bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Administer medication and assist with other medical needs as directed by a healthcare professional
• Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
• Communicate effectively with clients, their family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
• Adhere to all safety and infection control policies and procedures
• Attend trainings and meetings as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a healthcare setting preferred
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and able to work with clients of all ages and backgrounds
• Able to work independently and follow care plans accurately
