Job Description

We are looking to fill two positions in our automotive call center. We are a fast paced store and need to fill these spots with self driven, motivated people that are good on the phone. Experience is a plus but not necessary.

Our producers are earning from $19 to $22 per hour on a base + bonus pay plan. Our pay is very competitive and merit oriented. The company provides medical, dental, 401k, and paid vacations.

Job Duties Include:

• Answering phone calls, texts, and emails by greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Making outbound direct dial phone calls to customers that have presented inquiries.
• Answering inbound calls and any texts and emails while providing basic information when needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and be teachable.
• Solid communication skills both written and verbal
• General knowledge computer systems and general computer literacy.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive talking with customers on the phone.
• Ability to organize and multitask priorities
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding both business and customer interactions
• Understand and perform basic office-practice skills and ettiquette
• Self-motivated and energetic
