Design Tech Profs is a leading creative agency specializing in brand design and illustration. We are currently seeking a talented Brand Designer & Illustrator to join our team. As a Brand Designer & Illustrator at Design Tech Profs, you will play a key role in creating visually compelling brand identities and illustrations for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and the creative team to develop brand concepts and visual identities.
• Create original illustrations, artwork, and graphics that align with client brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Design logos, icons, typography, and other visual elements for a variety of platforms and mediums.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and design systems to ensure consistency across all brand assets.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies in brand design and illustration.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, web development, and copywriting, to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Present and communicate design concepts and ideas to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Conduct competitor analysis and research to identify innovative and creative design solutions.
• Collaborate with printers, photographers, and other external vendors to deliver high-quality final products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Brand Designer and Illustrator, preferably in a creative agency setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your brand design and illustration skills.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with vector illustration and digital art software.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn and embrace new design trends and techniques.
